As an experienced HR Business Partner (w/m/d), you can support our broad range of operations with multiple sub-divisions and are the first respondent for executives and teams with different requirements You advise executives and employees proactively and at eye level in all personal questions, bringing together strategic vision with operational implementation strength You control and develop cooperation with external HR service providers (including time management, benefits, career side) and ensure smooth processes and effective interface work
You bring several years of profound experience as HR Business Partner (w/m/d) – ideally in an environment with complex organizational structures and with multiple stakeholders Your basis is a study with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification You have a good understanding of HR systems and digital processes and experience in controlling external service providers with German and English are sure to communicate confidently in our international environment You communicate clearly and addressably, keep an overview even in dynamic situations and secure priorities In dealing with different stakeholders, you will be confident and binding.
