Our complex projects span multiple countries, requires a robust and dynamic tax strategy to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency. As a Tax Manager (m/f/d), you will take over the management of our Corporate Tax team. You will develop guidelines for transfer pricing, coordinate audits and monitor all tax matters concerning our permanent establishment.

Lead and manage the corporate tax department in the corporate headquarter plus local functions and advisors. Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations in Germany, USA, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and India. Oversee the preparation submission and submission of accurate and timely tax returns and reports. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position. Identify and mitigate tax risks associated with international operations. Advise senior management on tax implications of business decisions and. Focus AREAS Transfer Pricing: Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations. Permanent establishment: Manage and monitor the tax implications of permanent establishment in various jurisdictions. Tax Audits: Lead and coordinate tax audits, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

University's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related field; Masters degree or CPA/CA beneficial. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in international tax, with a strong understanding of tax laws in Germany, USA and China. Experience in project-based business and / or industrial manufacturing and globally integrated supply chains. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
