Responsible for the short- and medium-term achievement of the financial and business objectives in the associated area Implementation of REWE To Go strategy and support in their further development Regular store checks for quality assurance and implementation control of the central planning of store layout, assortment and sales measures Qualitative Ensuring the expansion of the REWE To Go concept in coordination with the expansion manager and the sales management Leadership, coaching and further development of employees Control and management of projects with different stakeholders Creation and implementation of the quantitative and qualitative annual target planning for the assigned area in coordination with the Director National Expansion & Business Operations Ensuring the exchange of information in your own area and at the interfaces

Business training in the LEH or the gastronomy, with further training as a trade specialist, and/or economic studies (of advantage) Multiannual professional experience in the care of branch sites, preferably in the LEH, system gastronomy or drugstore environment including leadership responsibility Professional knowledge of retail business Very good business knowledge, especially experienced handling of KPIs Precise analytical capacity and high numerical affinity Entrepreneurial thinking and action, coupled with hands-on mentality and high problem-solving competence Structured, practical and result-oriented operation Communication and assertive personality with positive radiance that others can inspire for their ideas and goals Location in the Middle/South region, combined with high travel readiness
