For our Deals business unit, we are looking for you as Consultant Transactions / M&A Financial Services (w/m/d). It's waiting for you Transactions – You support projects within the framework of national and international M&A transactions both on the buy and on the sell side. Financial sector – You focus on clients from the financial services sector, including private equity investors, banks, asset managers, insurance companies and FinTech companies. Projects – On Financial Due Diligence Projects, you analyze the business model, operational and financial value drivers as well as the growth potential of our customers' target company. Consulting – Your tasks include project management, analysis of financial key figures and business plans, as well as advice on economic aspects in purchase contracts. That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics with studies in M&A, Corporate Finance, Finance, Controlling or Auditing.

You bring first experience in Transaction Services, Transaction Consulting and/or Auditing, which you could collect through internships.

You want to deal with the environment of numerical and data analysis using technology solutions.

You master the languages German and English fluent in word and writing.

With your communication strength it is easy for you to enter service-oriented on our customers.
