Commercial support of our company holdings and economic participation in M&A projects, especially in the context of the integration phase Takeover of an interface function between our commercial management and our holdings Implementation of vehicle standards and processes as well as the establishment of commercial reporting structures in our holdings Participation and ongoing monitoring of budget planning, preparation of forecasts and deviation analyses and derivation of measures and recommendations for action Ensuring the timely and complete release of the monthly reporting of our holdings Implementation of sound business analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations of construction projects, construction processes, cost structures and optimization potentials Participation in cost and performance accounting Participation in the preparation of annual accounts according to HGB and the balance sheet Supporting our M&A department at the Financial Due Diligence as part of business transactions
