Your area of responsibility includes all works arising in a lawyer's secretariat such as writing to dictate (German and English), editing the inbox, editing e-mails, running the time and deadline calendar, telephone service and creation of invoices. Perspectively, you can also learn tasks from a trader (m/w/d), and we support you on this path with internal and external training.

We support well-known companies, many of which have their headquarters abroad, which is why we expect you to have excellent knowledge of German as well as excellent knowledge of English. Safe handling of MS OFFICE programs and the ability to work independently and conscientiously should be of course for you.
