Graduated technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with further training to the master / technician / specialist (m/w/d), or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project execution, assembly line or construction line, preferably in elevator construction or in a comparable technical industry Leadership experience as well as strong organisational, communication and enforcement capability Knowledge of assembly, appointment, cost and capacity planning knowledge of the relevant legal regulations, safety requirements, VOB/B and relevant technical standards and quality requirements Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as pronounced cost, quality and time consciousness Secure handling of MS Office and ERP systems; SAP knowledge desirable Self-employed, structured and responsible work readiness to travel within the framework of project and construction site support nationwide
