Your tasks:

• as QM representative: you are responsible for the planning, monitoring and further development of the quality management instruments of our institution
• you accompany the introduction and maintenance of all quality documents and the continuous expert documentation of the measures
• Advice and guidance of our employees:in dealing with procedural, service and work instructions
• your tasks include pre- and post-processing as well as monitoring of external and internal quality checks
• you can help implement quality objectives
• for 20 hours a week, you take over the tasks of a care professional

Your profile:

• completed 3-year training in health care and nursing Health care and care for children or care for the elderly or a relevant completed study in the field of health or social care
• Certified training for/for quality management officers desirable
• high social competence, personal commitment and reliability
• Ability to work hand in hand with all areas of the facility
