Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an engineer Documentation- und Claim Managemennt (w/m/div) you monitor the performance of our operator service provider for maintenance, fault and third-party service provider management. You improve and update the documentation management system for the collection, organisation and maintenance of documentation related to Construction, basic supply and hook up. In cooperation with the trade union representatives of the FCM, you will check the documentation using a standardized test catalogue. The requirements and Bosch specifications of the documentation as well as the adaptation of location-specific requirements regarding the As-built documentation are ensured by you. You take over communication with contractors to ascertained defects and the onboarding of new contractors with regard to Documentation and related requirements. The management and storage of stock documentation also in relation to revisions are also covered by their tasks as well as the optimization of stock documentation. In cooperation with the trade union representatives, prepare the deficiencies and evaluate the opinions of contractors. You promote interdisciplinary cooperation to effectively and sustainably remedy deficiencies and agree with the controlling to track the costs of our projects and measures.

Education: Engineer/Bachelor/Master od. Technicians in the field of mechanical engineering, building management, supply technology or documentation management Experience and know-how: multi-year professional experience in the industrial environment in the field of facility management and knowledge in CAFM/SAP/CAD desirable Personality and working methods: pronounced communication and negotiation strength, high level of self-initiative and sense of responsibility, structured and result-oriented working methods, analytical thinking and problem-solving competence, and loadability and flexibility Languages: good German and English skills
