The creation of personnel and locomotive requirements is part of your task as well as the support in the instruction and further development of our employees in railway operations.

For the support of our locations and employees to ensure production, you take responsibility and identify potentials for the continuous optimization of our operating processes.

Work instructions, process descriptions and action plans are created, revised and comprehensible to the relevant target groups.

With your IT affinity, you support digitalization in railway operations and bring your own ideas to the further development of our processes.

That's what you bring Ideally, you could already gain professional experience in a comparable position or in a similar function, for example as a local manager. We also welcome motivated professional beginners. A completed study in the field of logistics, transport science or a comparable subject area is advantageous.

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing characterize you. Ideally, you also have good French and/or English skills.

Class B driving licence is required to enable you to flexibly maintain our different locations.
