Tasks, competences and responsibility In the object management you are the primary contact person of the customers and employees assigned to you and are always the first contact person for them. You guide the management of the employees and the planning of the working hours in your objects and are responsible for the control and compliance of the cleaning quality in your objects, as well as the safeguarding of the material and wage budget and compliance with the occupational and health protection.

• primary contact for the customer on site, monitoring the contractually agreed cleaning performance, hygiene standards etc.

Technical requirements

• several years of professional experience in the building cleaning facility (accommodation cleaning)
• safe occurrence in dealing with customers and employees
• Ability and motivation to inspire customers and employees
• Organizational designers and understand how to motivate them properly
• positive basic attitude as well as fun dealing with people
• readiness and flexibility
• Class B driving licence
