• Accompanying 5 adult people with cognitive and possibly multiple impairments in their apartment
• Building a trusted and resilient relationship
• Help in everyday life: household, organization, accompaniment to doctors and government visits
• Planning and maintenance of leisure activities
• Takeover of family work and documentation
• Easy care activities and takeover of services on weekends in consultation with the team

You bring it with you: Your strengths count with us

• training or studies as a social workerin, social educationin, medical educationin, medical education caregiverin or comparable qualification
• At least 1 year of professional experience in integration assistance
• Valuable handling of team and persons with performance
• Joy in working with people with complex disabilities
• You are reliable, solution-oriented and a real team player
• You work independently, are flexible and have a driving licence
