For the marketing of our group of companies, we are looking for Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsible planning and coordination of marketing activities with external agencies and the relevant specialist departments (offline, online and crossmedial) from concept development to realization Active and strategic brand management and further development of the brand of hotels & outlets Creation and execution of content concepts and editorial plans for different lifestyle groups and channels Strategic and content management of social media communication Coordination of Ads/Advertorials Conception and coordination of advertising articles (flyers, catalogs, merchandising, etc.) Further development and content management of our websites (Wordpress and others) Conception and implementation of online marketing measures (including SEO, SEA) Creation, coordination and dispatch of mailings and newsletters as well as active use of the Customer Relationship Management Tools Planning and implementation of photo shoots and film shooting Evaluation of measures, analysis of data and preparation of reports continuous market and competition observation (benchmarking) close cooperation with all departments of the company close cooperation with external agencies, printing companies and other service providers mutual representation within the marketing department in holiday periods

successfully completed technical training or studies in the field of digital marketing/ communication or economics/tourism Passion for marketing, a creative vein and affinity on tourism, hotel industry, cuisine, SPA and sports Team-oriented working methods and services A high level of initiative, sense of responsibility and an independent and structured way of working A quick understanding, accuracy and reliability Empathy, negotiation skills and joy in communication with external partners and internal departments Organizational talent and a high level of service. Safe handling of popular MS Office applications and experience with graphics programs desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
