Specialist planner for building services - system planning / HOAI / Consulting (m/f/d)

Heidrich Ingenieurbüro GmbH is an experienced planning office for technical building equipment (TGA) based in Münster. For more than 20 years, the company has been supporting customers in the planning, consulting and implementation of projects in the fields of heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical and air conditioning and refrigeration technology.

With sound expertise and a wide range of projects – from office buildings to industrial buildings to public facilities – the engineering office stands for efficient, sustainable and technically sophisticated solutions. You take over a position with your own responsibility You independently and continuously process all works and performance phases (LP2/3 to LP 8/9) You work reliably, independently and structured and are team capable You process projects independently and organize the department heating, sanitary, ventilation with You work computer-assisted with modern software and create detailed drawings and plans You create EDV-assisted views, cuts and perspectives and calculate heating and cooling loads, pipe and air duct networks as well as the design of radiators and floor heating You agree the planning with customers:inside, architect:inside You create execution and inventory planning for new, old and remodeled buildings and perform calculations of sanitary, heating, ventilation, refrigeration systems with the support of calculation tools by You create documentation for executed projects and works and check the assembly or execution planning You produce performance directories based on execution planning and accompany the award and production of work contracts You create construction schedules and coordinate the works and the construction process You carry out construction site appointments with protocols and evidence of activity and create correspondence You examine invoices professionally and commercially and remove the trades You assemble the documents for project transfer (internal/external) and create project information (short description, costs, ...)

Qualification: You have completed studies in the field of energy and supply technology, building technology or comparable technical training. Experience: You have experience with the structures of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in building and procurement law (HOAI, VOB etc.) and in the relevant DIN standards. You have good knowledge of Autodesk Revit as well as Dendrit, Solar, Orca You are safe to use Office programs
