Objective of the trainee program: As part of our talent forge, the program prepares you for your future work in commercial real estate assessment. In parallel, we support and accompany your further qualification as a certified real estate expert HypZert.

That's what we're dealing with: Develop yourself personally, professionally and communicatively Get deep insights into the real estate assessment and into different teams in our market success Active You learn to analyse and evaluate residential and commercial properties competently Creates transport and occupancy assessments in compliance with BelWertV of commercial real estate Examination and plausibility of external assessments (market and occupancy value) You test the real estate market, analyze development and assess market fluctuation reports That's what you bring: High self-initiative, commitment and communication skills First practical experience in a bank, in construction or in the real estate industry, e.g. in the context of internships, student work activities or first professional experience A completed degree in architecture, civil engineering or business management with a focus on real estate management or a corresponding qualification as a banking business owner or the willingness to acquire such a qualification You are ready to continue your training as a certified real estate agent (HypZert) Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to identify and judge complex relationships You have a class B driver's license to carry out object visits outside the business area

Remuneration: 9a TVöD BT-S We offer you: Payment: Transparency through the public service agreement of savings banks and up to 13.8 salaries.
