KV SiS BW Sorges-GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of the Kassenarzt Vereinigung Baden-Württemberg (KVBW) and has its administrative headquarters in Stuttgart. The medical service centers are located in Mannheim and Bruchsal. We pass on 117 callers with acute health complaints to doctor's surgeries, medical readiness services, emergency receptions or rescue services under the nationwide service number 116. This around the clock on 365 days. In addition, patients receive help in the placement of doctoral and psychotherapeutic appointments as well as information on other healthcare services. Currently, around 300 employees work for the company, which will grow considerably in the next few years due to the upcoming tasks. To strengthen our team at the Stuttgart site, we are looking for the next possible appointment Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Individual support for applicant management in the field of medical professionals Coordination & implementation of interviews by telephone and video conference Close cooperation with the specialist area for accurately fitting open positions Creation and publication of attractive job advertisements on suitable platforms Support in Personal Marketing and Employer Branding (Social Media) Contract creation and data management Participation in the further and new development of our HR processes
