Organisational tasks: Cross-central input of test lists, processing and forwarding of telephone and written requests, possibly also scanning medical documents and general administrative support Ordering and logistics: Responsibility for the complete ordering and organization and maintenance of medical devices. Support in IT topics: setup and manage IT access (e.g. MFA), ticketing and communication in defective devices. Coordination of materials and equipment: management of pool vehicles, planning of medical devices (e.g. visual testers, mobile printers), cooperation with the device database manager, coordination of vaccine output and maintenance of overviews

Ideally completed training in a medical profession (e.g. medical professionals (MFA), health and nursing or comparable) Safe handling of digital tools and IT systems as well as the ability to digitally organize and document administrative processes High flexibility and driving licence of class B (if required, use at several of our locations in Berlin and Potsdam) German language skills
