Head of HR Administration and Payroll (m/w/d) for a family-run company

Heading and further development of the HR Advisory Centre, consisting of staff support and administration (including pay bills, contracting and document management) Continuous further development of the digital tools and processes, among others, in administration and pay accounting, as well as participation in the optimization of budget, and planning processes. Ensuring the correct and timely execution of the monthly pay bill for several locations Responsible for all administrative tasks including Contracts, time recording and personnel administration Development of the department's guidance and service orientation Contact person for employees in difficult personal questions as well as for external bodies such as tax offices, auditors, health insurance etc. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and directives

Commercial training or studies with relevant professional experience and additional qualification with a focus on Human Resources Experience in the HR sector of a medium to large production company Experience in leadership and development of teams Proven expertise in pay billing and labour, wage tax and social security law Influential experience in the introduction of new IT systems and processes, clear presentation of a future-oriented system landscape and project management competence Experience in cooperation with bodies and works councils Very good knowledge in handling MS-Office, SAP SuccessFactors and comparable systems Embossed communication and social competence, organizational ability and a ''Blick for the whole''
