IT Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on AI or automation (m/f/d)

Your role – technology meets team spirit Do you want to solve complex IT problems not only, but to develop sustainable improvements from recurring challenges? As IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d), you connect qualified 2nd level support with generic AI, agents, automation and data-based solutions. You work out challenging support cases, recognize recurring patterns and develop practical solutions for our Onsite IT. You use Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power BI, among others. Experiences with other AI, agent or automation platforms are expressly welcome. Your tasks You analyze and solve selected complex workplace, Microsoft-365, application, authorization and network topics.

You recognize recurring problems, information gaps and manual work and develop appropriate improvements.

You design applications for generic AI and develop reusable prompts and work patterns. You develop and improve AI agencies for clearly defined knowledge, support and process applications. You automate appropriate recurring processes with shared workflow, low-code or script technologies and optimise our local IT processes. You develop power-BI evaluations for specific operational issues. You document solutions, take into account governance and empower the team to use them safely. With proactive knowledge transfer, you can increase the efficiency of the team.

Completed studies in the field (economic) informatics or comparable training (e.g. specialist:in for system integration) Good knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN, DNS, firewall etc.) – and the motivation to work deep into complex topics Found experience in solving complex IT support, application or operating topics in 2nd level support. Structured error analysis and good process understanding. Practical experience with generic AI, language models, agent systems or comparable technologies. Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable and manageable technical solutions. Critical handling of AI-generated results. Understanding data quality, knowledge sources, authorizations and information protection. Very good knowledge of German and English Team player with high customer orientation and structured working Standing for occasional missions
