Your duties

• Management of the shift with fixed staff and temporary staff including inbound, outbound and stock processes according to KPIs
• Planning and assignment of tasks in the warehouse
• Coordination of employees
• ensuring compliance with all Maersk processes and -Directives
• Contact persons for operational topics, environment, order and Training
• Reporting and documentation of damage
• Management support
• Responsibility for storage materials and equipment
• Creation and dissemination of daily and weekly reports internal and external

Our requirements

• Experience in logistics and team management
• Good knowledge in MS office and warehouse management systems
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• willingness to shift work including nights, Sundays and Holidays
• Team player with coaching skills and leadership experience
• Clear and effective communication
• Individual initiative, target orientation and implementation strength
• Practical, proactive operation with team focus
• Flexible and safe in dynamic working environments
