Service Delivery Management: Ensuring the agreed service levels (SLAs) and controlling all relevant processes such as incident, problem and change management Project management & infrastructure planning: planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including new buildings and exchange of outdated components such as networks, servers and firewalls Stakeholder communication: Close coordination with departments, IT teams and external partners:in order to successfully manage dates, resources and expectations Coordination & implementation: Organization of work outside regular times and cooperation with network and delivery teams for efficient implementation Process optimization: Analysis of existing processes and implementation of improvements according to ITIL standards
Qualification: Completed training as a specialist:in for system integration or comparable qualification Professional experience: At least 3 years in IT service delivery or IT support roles, ideally with project responsibility and infrastructure knowledge Technical expertise: solid understanding of networks, servers and IT infrastructure; Experience with service management tools like Jira or ServiceNow Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA) desirable Language knowledge: Very good German and English skills Soft skills: communication strength, conflictability, flexibility and ability to keep an overview under pressure; readiness for occasional travel and weekend work (e.g. during infrastructure upgrades)
