At Bilfinger you start your training as an industrial mechanic with the focus on maintenance (m/w/d) and are gradually prepared to maintain and optimize machines and equipment in the industry. That's what you expect: During your training as an industrial mechanic focusing on maintenance, you will become an expert in maintenance, maintenance and repair of industrial plants From your trainers you learn how to repair and maintain machinery and technical equipment You learn how to check mechanical systems, detect errors early and improve processes You support assembly and disassembly of assemblies and complex machines Together with colleagues, you carry out repairs and ensure that our systems work reliably and efficiently The documentation of work results also belongs to your working day You will learn the functioning of industrial plants and always have the safety, quality and efficiency of the entire plant in mind

You have a good main school degree or a middle school degree Good grades in technology-relevant subjects such as mathematics and computer science would be helpful Your technical understanding and craftsmanship characterize you You are interested in the functioning of machines and industrial plants You have a careful and structured way of working at school You are reliable, curious and like to work together in the team
