Guide a team both humanly and professionally, including team leadership in the sense of team and employees development, as well as operational health management

Active design and control of the transferred tasks with a high service requirement with respect to the requirements of the department

Participation in the implementation and maintenance of change processes

Representing the team in DRV-internal as well as interdisciplinary IT projects and working groups

Support the team in developing, implementing and customizing data exchange processes

A completed university education (Bachelor, Diploma) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification or a completed vocational training in the IT sector with corresponding experience or comparable practical experience in IT

Multiannual job-relevant professional experience in IT

knowledge of the programming languages required in the area of the task;

Development tools and relational databases (Java or COBOL)

First experiences in the professional leadership of teams or project groups

Practical experiences in an object-oriented programming language are desirable

Ideally methodological knowledge of personnel development and management
