Team Assistant Communication and Member Marketing (m/f/d)

You organize the mailing and mailing exit and maintain central mailboxes You plan, coordinate and accompany meetings (on site and digital) and take care of technology and guest hospitality You maintain and document processes in our CRM system and manage distributors You update and maintain content on our websites You check and edit input invoices You coordinate dates and run calendars reliably You organize business trips including booking and billing You plan events, in particular seminars, and implement these organizational measures You support the creation and dispatch of our member magazine (print and digital)

Ideally completed commercial training Experience in assistance or backoffice functions, ideally in marketing/communication Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of Microsoft 365 and experience with CMS and CRM systems Embossed organizational design, structured and forward-looking working Reliable, strong communication, team- and solution-oriented
