This is expected As a key account of our team for the topic Internal Control Systems (IKS) of project partners of the KfW Development Bank, you are responsible for the release of externally created IKS analyses. You establish an IKS monitoring system for this and actively promote its continuous development. In addition to the IKS analyses, you can independently control a country-specific portfolio for which you evaluate audit reports on the mid-use audit in various contractual languages. As part of your advisory function, you will discuss the results of the IKS analyses and audit reports with the portfolio management of the KfW Development Bank as well as external auditors and project partners, take appropriate measures and follow them. You will use your expertise to continuously develop the processes and procedures in the field of accounting mid-use testing and IKS analysis. The use of in-house AI applications is of great importance. In your role, you will also design the terms of reference model for auditors, taking into account current standards, and take part in cross-departmental projects You create appropriate decision templates and train KfW employees on complex issues of the mid-use examination.

This will bring you With a successfully completed master's degree in economics or a comparable qualification and multiannual professional experience in the financial sector or the audit, you have a strong expert knowledge in the field of mid-use examination and IKS analysis in the international context. You bring comprehensive knowledge in the field of IKS analysis and mid-use testing in international development cooperation and have ideally gained experience in conducting strategic projects. Their very good language skills in English and German as well as foreign language knowledge in French, Spanish or Portuguese in at least B2 level allow you to communicate with a sovereign international environment. With your analytical strength, number affinity and precision, you can convince in the assessment of complex facts and make sound decisions. Your strong communication skills combined with your team, service and customer orientation enable you to work successfully in diverse intercultural constellations and to develop excellent solutions in a short time.
