As (Senior) Manager Business Intelligence (m/w/d), it is your job to provide relevant insights for business and sales management to enable effective corporate management. You are responsible for building a central data sheet as well as modern visualization solutions, ensuring the timely provision of dashboards and analyses that support sound decisions and efficient use of resources.

Building a Central Data Lake and a Modern Data Warehouse Development of interactive dashboards and decision support reports Further development of our BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) Creation of data concepts and technical data models Close cooperation with management and sales management to develop a BI strategy Development and definition of KPIs and derivation of recommendations for action Training of employees in handling BI tools Support and advice of internal stakeholders in analysis projects Maintenance and development of internal SAP-based sales data tools

Complete Master's degree in BWL, International Business, Natural Sciences, Computer Science or Similar At least 5 years of professional experience in business intelligence or commercial excellence Knowledge of how to use BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce etc.) Experience in data modeling and building DWH structures Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel (incl. macros), PowerPoint and teams Knowledge in programming languages for data analysis (e.g. Python) of advantage Target-oriented and structured working with a clear focus on results Impressed motivation to continuously develop and contribute to business success Ability to act as a solution-oriented and concentrated even in demanding situations Proactive approach to tasks and projects Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (B2) Impressed communication capability and ability to display complex facts in a addressable manner JOBV1_EN
