Support in the implementation of recruiting processes (job alerts, applicant management, interviews) Working with the organisation and implementation of onboarding processes Maintenance and management of personal files and HR systems Support in the creation of work contracts, certificates and other personal documents Participation in HR projects (e.g. employer branding, employee satisfaction, digitalization) Contact person:in for employees at general HR questions and middle management Reporting before and after preparation

Complete bachelor's degree with focus on human resources management, business psychology, BWL with HR focus or comparable qualification First practical experience in HR through internships, student work or first professional experience of advantage Basic knowledge of labour law issues Confidence with HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, personnel development and employee support Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with HR software of advantage Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication skills and empathy Teamability and high service orientation Readiness and motivation for further development in HR Willingness to work on site at the location of Rüdersdorf near Berlin (Brandenburg)
