• Operation and monitoring of production plants and machines
• Implementation of quality controls
• Processing of raw materials according to requirements
• Cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Working together to optimize work and production processes

We are looking for

No long-term professional experience is required for this position as a production worker (m/w/d). Pre-experience in production or similar activities may be advantageous, but are not necessarily necessary. More important are your commitment, your will to learn and your willingness to master new challenges.

• Completed schooling, ideally at least primary school
• Physical resilience and team spirit
• Technical understanding and rapid understanding
• readiness to work in shift work
• Accuracy and reliability
