Continuous further development of a market and future-oriented product strategy Definition, prioritization and maintenance of product roadmap across all product lines Initiation and control of innovation and new product projects Identification of new market segments, applications and product potentials based on market, technology and competitive analyses Cooperative and targeted management of three employees

Complete technical or scientific studies Multiannual professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of optical sensory or comparable technologies Experience in the development of new products and in the evaluation of new markets and applications Ideally first leadership experience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
