Key tasks: You assume the technical responsibility for all reporting topics of the controlling and ensure the harmonisation and further development of the reporting. You ensure the quality of the risk, sales and overall house reports and control changes and improvement processes in the reporting area. You prepare reports for various bodies of the Sparkasse (including the Board of Directors, Credit and Risk Committee) and compile the discussion documents for the annual supervisory discussion. You are working on creating flexible reporting in the sDWH. You are contact persons for the management, internal audit and auditors in the field of controlling reports. You continuously monitor regulatory requirements and implement resulting reporting obligations. You carry out the annual risk inventory and forecast and regularly calculate the GuV as well as the balance sheet. You shall draw up the management report, the disclosure report and the sustainability report as part of the annual financial statements. Requirements: You have a training to/from the banking business operator or a comparable qualification. A pronounced analytical and conceptual way of thinking, as well as a high degree of care, sense of responsibility and discretion are what you distinguish. You have a well-founded knowledge of BWL and a good understanding of regulatory requirements (especially MaRisk). Communication strength and safe occurrence allow you to professionally exchange with bodies, examiners and internal interfaces. You bring a high level of commitment, self-initiative and quality awareness and prepare complex issues in a comprehensible way. You have very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and are safe to use relevant software A good understanding of data structures and processing as well as a pronounced digital affinity complete your profile. You work structured, reliable and organised and keep an overview of complex tasks.
