Controller Funding in part-time (m/f/d)

Commercial management of projects over the entire project lifecycle – from auditing to final accounting Responsibility for project controlling, budget planning, forecasts and cost and liquidity management Monitoring of budgets, dates and risks as well as performing deviation analyses and identifying optimization potentials Creating meaningful reports, financial analyses and decision bases for management and stakeholders Examination of contracts, invoices and use of funds, including cash retrieval and proof of use Ensure audit-proof documentation and preparation and monitoring of audits and audits

Completed commercial training or studies in construction, business or similar fields Multiannual experience in the commercial support of construction projects, ideally in publicly funded construction Funded knowledge in cost management, budget control, financial planning and handling of funding and public requirements Structured, self-responsive and analytical methods with high solution orientation; strong team and communication skills Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with project management or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
