Completed design in the electrical field, e.g.: Electronics for Energy and Building Technology Electronics for Business Engineering Ideally professional experience in facility management or building maintenance Good knowledge of building technology (electro, lighting, controls, safety technology) Self-employed and solution-oriented work Friendly appearance and strong service idea Willingness to continue and learn new technical systems

Your contribution to us

Operational, maintenance and maintenance work on electrical installations (e.g. low-voltage systems, lighting, UPS, safety and building technology) Analysis and elimination of disturbances during operation Monitoring and operation of building systems via control systems Documentation of all work done in digital systems Coordination and monitoring of external service providers Support for technical projects and modernizations in the customer object Participation in the readiness service (by agreement) Compliance with occupational safety and quality guidelines
