Homecare Consultant - Nurse / Field Service (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the professional transfer of patients: inside the clinic in their home environment and thus ensure complete care. In close coordination with doctors: in the field of wound and stoma care, you can identify individual needs and adapt specific medical devices. As a central contact person, you train patients: inside, relatives and nursing staff in the safe handling of the aids to achieve the therapeutic objectives. You enter your patient: self-responsive, adapts the care if needed and thus ensures a high quality of treatment. You are actively expanding your regional network by connecting new partnerships with clinics and nursing facilities and representing our company at specialist events.

You have a completed education as a examinated:r Health Caregiver:in or Senior Caregiver:in. Ideally, you already have experience in i.V. therapy and a qualification as a wound manager:in (ICW) or stomatherapeut:in. As a communicative and organizational talent, you are happy to work in the team, but also take responsibility independently. You have a class B driver's license to be able to cater to your patients in the field. Your very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
