Specialist in the field of Key Accounts for the Bundeswehr (m/f/d)

You conceptualize and coordinate the nationwide land and space acquisitions related to the avised growth of the Bundeswehr. The management and strategic orientation of key issues in the field of ELM-Bundeswehr is your responsibility. You develop strategies and solutions on various topics. Business figures in the field of ELM-Bundeswehr are checked by you for plausibility. You control, accompany and examine basic questions relating to the management of social services. You will be accompanied by the design and implementation of a rehabilitation programme of social services. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the job site there are occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) with an economic background and/or immobility or comparable qualification. Competitors: You have well-founded knowledge and experience in real estate management and facility management. Good knowledge and experience in the field of single property management, preferably also in cooperation with the Bundeswehr, are part of your profile. You have experience in the field of location development and accommodation of federal authorities. You have deeper knowledge and experience in the field of social work. First knowledge of the workflows and business processes of the Facility Management division is advantageous. You already have knowledge of SAP‐BALIMA or the willingness to acquire them. Finally, you have secure IT application skills (Microsoft Office). Other: You have a thorough and careful way of working with high reliability.
