They are responsible for the operation (2nd and 3rd level support) of our IT services in relation to Workplace, Unified Communi­cation & Collabo­ration. In this context, you will be able to provide the expert support of the team, which is distributed to the offices of Überlingen, Röthenbach a. d. Pegnitz and Nonnweiler. In the development or further development of the services, you will ensure the correct operating condition and, in some cases, the inclusion thereof as project manager (m/w/d). The availability and integration of the right know-how as well as the necessary resources are part of your work as well as the provision of continuous docu­ment. They are responsible for the integration of the service-level solutions (SLAs) of the services and for the optimisation of the operating procedures in this environment.

A completed study of infor­mation or a related subject with infor­mation technology A com­parable training, together with corresponding vocational training, is the ideal precondition for this position. Practical expertise related to Workplace and UCC (in the best case with Windows 10, Blackberry UEM, Skype for Business, VMware Horizon, SharePoint, Exchange and Lotus Notes) is part of your portfolio as well as insight into the professional development of teams and projects.
