At the closest possible time, we are looking for a sales personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills as a manager of investor business (m/w/d) for the attractive location in North Rhine-Westphalia (Metropolregion Rhein-Ruhr). • Long-term and sustainable expansion of attractive and future-oriented investor distribution across Germany • Close strategic cooperation with branch management and management with regard to corporate development • Timely takeover of the Deputy Sales Management with the leadership of a dedicated and competent team of eight employees • Operational participation as part of the professionally established team in the classic single distribution

• You come from the building, have built many years of expertise in housing construction and a sustainable network of (potential) customers and partners. • You are a sovereign and ambitious sales personality and have already achieved convincing success in customer production. • You like to take responsibility, are used to independent work and have the drive chances to take and move big. • You have experience in managing small teams and it makes you enjoy motivating people and developing them according to their skills.
