As a Global Product Manager for our Operations Management System (OMS), you take responsibility for a central digital product that supports paper factories to optimize their performance. You define the product vision, design the roadmap and work closely with cross-functional teams to create customer benefits. As part of Voith Paper's digital team, you work in a flat hierarchy with direct access to senior management and the ability to develop global impact.

Global Product Manager (m/w/d) - Operations Management System (Digital Solutions) Division Paper | Location at one of our Voith Paper locations worldwide Design the future of industrial operations at Voith — lead our Operations Management platform to global revenue growth and further innovation. Your duties Definition and further development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap, including clear objectives for sales, margins and growth. Identification of new market opportunities through analysis of customer needs, industry trends and competitive activities. Cooperation with sales, marketing and remote service centers to develop convincing value propositions, pricing strategies and go‐to-market plans. Support of sales through product expertise in customer talks and production of meaningful sales documents. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners to promote co-development and strategic cooperation. Translation of customer feedback and market information into a prioritized, value-oriented backlog for effective management of development teams. Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs to support sound product and business decisions. Leadership of cross-functional teams – including IT, R&E and Service – to ensure punctual and high-quality product releases. Your profile Complete studies in business, computer science, engineering or a comparable field, combined with a pronounced analytical and technical understanding. At least 5 years of experience in software product management or operating functions, ideally in the process industry or another industrial environment. Detectable successes in business development, in particular in identifying new business opportunities, as well as building and scaling profitable product or service revenues. Strong skills in market and competition analyses, customer research and the derivation of relevant product opportunities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Very good English knowledge in word and writing; other languages of advantage. High customer orientation and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across regions and functions. Ready for international travel to meet customers, partners and internal teams. Proactive, independent functioning and ability to move safely in a global, dynamic environment.
