In the field of strategic succession planning and recruiting, we are responsible as part of the staff section of the DAK health care for sustainable personnel recovery. Our tasks include the selection and acquisition of executives and specialists, the execution of selection processes for the talent management program and the junior funding program, the development and implementation of measures in the field of employer branding and other instruments of strategic succession management.

Your tasks:

• Own-responsible implementation of the entire recruiting process for our specialist and leadership positions
• Target group-oriented development of recruiting strategies and selection of suitable channels (including Active Sourcing, Social Media Recruiting, Career Fairs)
• Application and further development of alternative diagnostic methods in the selection process
• Advising executives in the recruiting process
• Creating and implementing strategic tools in succession management
• Conception and further development of measures in Employer Branding
• Working with HR projects with interfaces for personnel development, digitalization and talent management

Your profile:

• Complete studies in psychology, economic psychology, human resources management or comparable qualification with HR focus
• Found experience in recruiting specialists and executives
• Very good knowledge of acquisition diagnostic instruments
• Structured, independent working and sovereign appearance with consulting competence
• Technical affinity and interest in HR-IT tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
• willingness to carry out missions
