You are the central interface: As a contact person for our customers, you are always close – whether by phone or e-mail – and ensure smooth communication. Your customer portfolio: With your sense of responsibility, you enter a diverse portfolio of different industries. For liquidity, you set up factoring bills, monitor the receivables, take over the dungeon and, if necessary, initiate collection measures. You optimise processes: Together with your team, you develop solutions to efficiently design the service for our customers. You are a multitasking talent: Between debitor accounting and customer requirements, you can provide a clear overview and accurate results.

Commercial know-how: You have a completed commercial training or further training and ideally bring experience in receivable management or as an interface to debitor accounting. Self-responsible work: You work independently, reliably and have fun actively supporting small and medium-sized companies in growth. Analytical thinking and structure: You convince with your analytical and structured way of working. Services Mindset: You bring passion for customer support and customer communication and are delighted to advance the middle class with your commitment.
