Job Description:

The role: The Regional Training Specialist is responsible for the training and further training of customers:inside, interested:inside and partners to Hydrafacial devices, consumables and products within the assigned region. This position works closely with Capital Sales Managers (CSMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs) and the internal teams for Training & Education and Marketing to increase brand awareness and use of Hydrafacial in all business areas.

Your tasks: Main tasks: Reinstalling the equipment as soon as possible, not later than 14 days after delivery Refreshment training and academy days in the assigned region Close cooperation with the CSMs, especially when handing over after the sale of a Hydrafacial device Close coordination with the BDMs for optimal care of the customers: Support for training programmes in cooperation with the Training-&-Education team, including the HFX franchise program Implementation of treatments to support corporate, training, marketing and regional initiatives Implementation of field programs to increase device usage through advanced tactical strategies Documentation of all training visits in the CRM system and communication of all follow-ups and next steps to BDMs within 24 hours Analysis of activities and market trends and disclosure of relevant data to the Regional Sales Director Participation in and support of industry fairs as required Ensure that all customer interactions and sales activities are correctly recorded in the CRM system Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system to support sound decision-making processes Further tasks as required
