Management and overall responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing projects in the field of Simulation Systems (in particular combat simulation and driving schools) of armoured vehicles Management and overall responsibility for planning, control and implementation of the MBT Driver Trainer ITA project Management and overall responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing projects in the field of training for armored vehicles Leadership of interdisciplinary teams (mechanics, electronics, software, testing, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, logistics) along the entire project life cycle Ensuring the time, cost, and quality implementation of all work packages Control of development, integration and testing of military simulators Close coordination with overall train project management, suppliers, customers and authorities Responsibility for interface management, system integration and functional safety according to military standards Conducting risk, change and configuration management in your own responsibility Regular reporting to program management and management

This location can be occupied at the RLS locations in Kiel, Kassel or Unterlüß.

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, military engineering, mechatronics) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the project management of complex military systems, ideally in the field of military simulators and training Certification according to IPMA (level C/B) Outstanding leadership and communication strength as well as experience in controlling interdisciplinary teams Knowledge in the areas of simulation or training of advantage Secure appearance to customers, authorities and international partners High level of organisational ability, enforcement strength and resilience Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to travel
