Do you want to develop the Helmholtz Cloud with us and help scientists access digital resources for their research? Then you are right with us! At the HZB we develop solutions for urgent energy issues of our society. As part of our IT, you will join the Helmholtz Cloud – a common platform to provide their digital services to science through Helmholtz Centres. You develop the service portfolio together with experts from all over Germany, identify the needs of the scientists and shape the necessary processes. You also work at the interfaces to European and international scientific cloud infrastructures. Participation in the further development of the Service Portfolio Management Organisation and implementation of processes to regularly update the Service Portfolio Close coordination with the development team of the technical platform and cloud management Systematic detection of the need for cloud services in the Helmholtz Centres Analysis of user needs, for example through interviews, surveys, customer journey maps or contextual inquiry deriving and prioritizing appropriate measures based on the findings Creating reports and recommendations for action for decision bodies

Including completed academic or technical college education, preferably in BWL, business informatics or general management, or equivalent skills and experience from corresponding activities Methodological knowledge of systematic data collection Knowledge of user-centric analysis, e.g. by customer journey Knowledge of project management Very good organizational and coordination skills Embossed service orientation and professional appearance German knowledge of C1 level and English knowledge of B2 level
