The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. Would you like to accompany a group with individual and intensive care? Are you looking forward to an attitude at eye level with clients, a close exchange within the team and a very good communication culture? We are now looking for an Autist in the Mühltal section for the Bergstraße 1a

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The houses of the area for autistic people are located in Mühltal, approx. 300 meters from the town centre and can be reached from Darmstadt by public transport. In total, the residential complex comprises 27 living spaces in four houses with only single rooms. The houses offer a family atmosphere and each has a large garden. Our residents of the age of 20 to 55 have a different need for assistance, all of them together have a high need for a safety-providing - individually differentiated - daily structure. Special training is offered for employees (m/w/d).

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour you provide a reliable daily routine • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • In direct collaboration with exciting people, they help build an individual aid network, adapt to individual requirements and have fun to change • For the best possible support, work closely with the group of homes and our experts who support you in your work
