Reliable team leadership: In the absence of the station management, You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the care team, including an economic and regular personnel deployment planning. Strategic cooperation: You actively contribute to the implementation of the clinic strategy by accompanying structural changes and actively shaping processes. Structured execution planning: You support the station management in the planning, organization, coordination and evaluation of stationary processes in order to ensure the quality of supply in a sustainable manner. Targeted personnel development: You contribute to the creation of service and holiday plans, conduct development talks and determine training needs in the team. Overarching cooperation: You take responsibility for personnel management and development, promote targeted and result-oriented cooperation in the multi-professional team and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

You have completed training as health care and nursing staff and ideally have several years of professional experience and first leadership experience in the nursing sector. You are interested in nursing further developments and projects, are actively involved in their coordination and implementation and stand for continuous quality improvement. You are characterized by social competence, enforcing and service orientation, like to take responsibility in the management circle and in the direct patient care. You like to work in the team and lead employees targeted, with pleasure in a patient-oriented, binding and responsible care. You communicate professionally and value-estimatingly, think and act across professional groups and engage in interdisciplinary cooperation.
