Digital consulting and support of existing customers: You address our customers with questions about their existing private health insurance contracts. Service instead of Acquise: You process incoming requests. No cold acquisition, no new customer sales – your focus is on competent advice and strong service. Advice on existing contracts: You help our customers adapt their existing health insurance and help them find suitable solutions. Structure of expertise: You develop step by step as an expert for private health insurance and develop sound know-how in the insurance environment. With the design of processes: you bring your ideas into play and help improve customer service internal processes.

You have just completed your insurance training (for example as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance, insurance businessman/wife or insurance businessman/wife) and want to gain professional experience? Perfect! We work in a structured manner and help you grow into your new role in customer consulting. You have the pleasure of contacting customers and will be safe, friendly and binding – especially on the phone. You will have knowledge of German (mind. C1). You bring motivation, willingness to learn and digital affinity, and you want to use modern consulting tools and develop yourself professionally.
