Ideally, masters or technicians in the field of electrical engineering or multiannual professional practice in a production plant or in a comparable field of work First management experience with personal responsibility of advantage In-depth knowledge of work protection, project management and lean management Expertise in handling quality indicators and steering approaches to achieving quality objectives and basic economic know-how Very good German and basic English skills Secure application of MS Office and SAP High self-responsibility, self-responsibility and entrepreneurial work, organizational talent, commitment and enforcement Very good communication, motivation, moderation and presentation skills
