COLL (M/W/D) Division: Corporate Governance | Place of use: Lengerich | Type of contract: Fixed employment | Start: now As a specialist *in the customs field, you ensure that all customs transactions in the daily business, including export declarations, import copies and tariffs, are handled smoothly. Make sure that all customs and external economic requirements are complied with consistently. To efficiently support, develop, maintain and optimize work tools such as evaluations, checklists, Excel tools or SAP templates. The analysis of process and data deviations is also one of your tasks. You work closely with internal departments such as purchasing, shipping, production, finance and controlling as well as external partners, including customs authorities and logistics service providers. In addition, you are actively contributing to the further development of customs-relevant processes, systems and guidelines and support internal audits as well as the fulfilment of documentation obligations within the framework of our Trade Compliance System. Perspectively take over the function of the Deputy Customs Representative.

You have completed commercial vocational training, for example as an industrial, forwarding or wholesale and foreign trader or businesswoman. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in the customs or external business environment and have good knowledge in adjacent specialist areas such as logistics, controlling, shipping or relevant IT systems. In dealing with the common office applications, you are safe and ideally you have already gained experience with SAP GTS, SAP ERP or comparable systems. A structured, careful and independent way of working is just as good as a strong communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation. Your profile will be rounded off by good English skills that you can use safely in international exchange.
