We are looking in full time for our team Staff in private customer sales m/w/d R-KOM is provider of Internet, telephone and TV in East Bavaria and builds the fiber optic network of the future. Every year we develop over 10,000 units in more than 1,000 buildings - a challenging task. You contribute to the further growth and success of R-KOM with your commitment.

You are responsible for the support and further development of private customer sales via our sales partners For further development of cooperation with associations, associations and regional partners You support the coordination of working students in private customer sales You take over the conception, planning and implementation of promotional actions in coordination with marketing You conduct internal and external sales and product training You are responsible for quality assurance in private customer sales You actively participate in the further development of the private customer sales concept, reporting and internal processes

You have a completed, relevant training in sales or a comparable qualification You have well-founded practical knowledge in the field of telecommunications You are characterized by team skills, communication strength and a hand-on mentality You show high operational readiness and flexibility in external services You own the class B license
