Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Application support for the entire product range predominantly in indoor and outdoor services - both in Germany and abroad Technical customer advice on applications, applications, properties and optimization of products Problem and error analysis as well as development of solutions for product problems and customer complaints with related documentation Development of special technical solutions in close cooperation with customers, development laboratory, sales and all relevant departments Participation in the design of product adaptations and/or formulation changes Conducting or accompanying experiments in our technology, our test partner and the customer on site Cooperation or independent implementation of projects Development and implementation of customer training programs

You have successfully completed a training as a technician or engineer (e.g. mechanical engineering or process engineering), chemical technician or chemical engineer (m/w/d) You have already gained first professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering, fluid management or in the cooling lubricant monitoring / maintenance You ideally have knowledge in the mineral oil industry or in the related additive industry (but no requirement) As the activity requires regular service journeys, we require a valid class B licence You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing You control the current MS Office programs You are targeted, customer-oriented as well as team- and communication-ready
