Training organisation: You support the planning, organization and coordination of company-wide training and learning formats to the successful implementation. Trainers:internal management: You work closely with external trainers:inside and internal HR experts:income and accompany the strategic preparation as well as the implementation of different learning offers. HR communication: You participate in the company-wide HR communication by creating or developing online contributions, newsletters or other formats for employees, executives and bodies. Presentations & Storytelling: You support the creation of presentations and develop a clear, visual storytelling for strategic people development and people analytics measures. Data analysis: You prepare HR-relevant data and key figures, analyze them and support their evaluation.

You are immatricated - for example in economic psychology, labor and organizational psychology, economics, communication, social sciences or a comparable degree course. Ideally, you have first practical experience - for example through internships or work-studierende activities in the HR sector, in project management or change management or in management consulting. You work autonomously, structured and reliable, and bringing together strong team and communication skills. You go proactively and have fun talking to the team. You can control the common Microsoft Office 365 applications securely, especially PowerPoint. Knowledge about content management systems is a plus. You have a strong analytical mindset and feel safe in dealing with numbers and data. You have very good German skills and good English skills
